similar to another person's comment I ended up the same but As I fell I crashed out (and also played the whole game with the fullscreen buged, I hope you can fix those issues!!!
Loaded game, walked up stairs, went down corridor, fell out of corridor into the void, unsure if game loading or infinite falling, closed game after 5 minutes of waiting.
